I will start this out by letting you know I have two people that are my boss. I have big boss that owns 90% of the company, and little boss that owns the other 10%. My big boss has been getting a lot of crap jobs lately that have all fallen into my lap. I've been going to jobs now that no sane plumber would ever think of taking on, because of the way it has to be done.
People are changing whole layout of bathrooms which is fine. The problem is that they cut holes in the floor no wider than a foot. My fat ass can barely get both of my arms in the hole to cut and glue the pipe. I don't understand why they send the biggest guy at my shop to go do work in the tiniest of places. I feel as if I'm the but of some kind of horrible joke. To top it off I keep hearing that I'm the big bosses go to guy, which would be fine if there was a pay increase with that title. I'm just getting tired of getting all the shit jobs. That's all I just needed to rant, I feel a lot better now :)
