I had a test done through the ob today. (They won't let you make an appt. until you pee for them.) Guess what everyone.....I'm pregnant!!!! So they allowed me to schedule an appt....tried to make me wait another month....but I pulled out the ole "My Dr. said she wants me in early this time" (which she actually did.) So now I get to go on Wed. morn. They'll probably do an internal ultrasound to check for development, which is the part I'm very, very nervous about. Wish me lots of luck.

Everything else is going well here. Not getting much done outside of taking care of the kids, which is sort of frustrating. I always get this push of creative energy in the spring for home improvements. I have all these ideas & absolutely no energy to take them any further than my head.

Spring is finally here!!! I heard birds outside my window the other morning. There's only a little snow in the shade of our side yard. Outside I get a whiff of that distinct smell of thawing dog poo, from the neighborhood dogs, that you only get in springtime. This morning we had our first thunderstorm. It was pretty mellow, but nonetheless, I love waking up to the rumbles & how they echo off of the lake. Ahhhh......
