I'm all but through with this online dating stuff.
Perhaps I'm giving up too quickly, but at the money they want..for a month, to get so disappointed, it's just not worth it. I used to think personals as another way of handpickign rejection, but these places formulaticly determine that you're to be compatible with someone..YET I swear my most common closing response has to do with conflicts over the answers to the questions in my profile.
So obviously we're NOT compatible.
I dunno, I guess I'm just disappointed. Maybe it works, but I'm not at this tiem willign to hemorage $50+ a month on the hope that it finds someone compatible. Certainly not based on what I've seen of it, and I'm willing to bet if fate wants me to be with somebody it will happen regardless of whether I'm wasting money on some silly online site. (Some other online site- of course.

On the plus end, I found a place to stay. I'm moving with one of my longer best friends..a lost soul, a sister by expereince. Plenty of space and in the city. I ahve to commute to work, but I don't really care now. This small town drives me nuts. I figure also wortk doesn't let me get away liek I want to, but atleast I can live as far from work as I can. A psuedo vacation.
