nothing is new under the sun....
another show last night at the emerald. this time it was the boats, but still at everyone's favorite dive bar, the emerald. packed as usual, i ran into about two people i liked and fifty i don't. this town gets smaller everyday. oh well, the band rocked.
the band is going slow now. i think we're spending so much time obsessing over sounding original, that we end up thinking we sound too derivative of other bands, when in fact we don't. ah, the trials and tribulations of trying to be a "rockstar". (i use that term extra loosely, kids.)
well, we're gonna keep his one short today y'all. in honor of my new suicidefriend brokenalice, "wandering star" by portishead is on the long player.

How's the weekend looking for you? I think I'm going to a show tonight in Tampa. I went to the castle last night, actually had a good time, which is rarity for me at that place.
