the final plans were set tonight to form a new band. i can't tell you how electric i feel right now, kids. the lineup is me on vox/guitar, my best friend jon clark on guitar, j. (not mascis, just j., thank you very much) on bass, and the mighty aaron walter on drums. i think something special is about to begin. i'm guessing we'll call on our many influences to form our own sound, but the general consensus for now is dark post-punk in a jawbreaker-meets-fugazi kinda way (with a little bit of bob dylan poetry thrown in if jon has any say about it!). i'm expecting great things. you should too. in fact, you can help us name our band by going to the music boards under "HELP US NAME OUR BAND" and throwing out a few suggestions. who knows, you could be responsible for naming your next favorite band. or you could hate us, but at least tell your friends for cool points.
