I'm curious what it's like being in this industry.. for males and females. I often find myself wondering about the persons motivations and what it's really like for them off camera. I've seen a variety of interviews and documentaries but they all seemed to give a very mixed bag of opinions and feelings. Anyone care to open my knowledge and share their experiences or feelings? Honestly just something I've been curious about for years. Thought sod it, just ask.
