Last night sucked...I had to sleep...(if you can even consider it sleep) across 6 waiting room chairs...
I actually didnt sleep....2 bored night nurses kept waking me up...

You should be able to catch up on the sleep though...if youre watching tv and cant fall asleep, cspan is good for pushing you asleep, well sometimes it is.
Edit: OK why would Canada have a TV network with US congress hearings on it? Well then I'd reccommend you watch the Canadian equivalent, but judging by how little you slept I dont think anything will keep you up.

I was reading a book .. At Issue: Teen Suicide...
And there is an entire chapter blaming Metal music for Teen suicide...
Thats fucking not cool...
Music does not cause depression...Or suicide... If someone is Depressed and kills themselves..There was obviously a problem under the surface...
