actually...curls (and lack of curls) are caused by the presence (or lack) of disulfide bonds in the hair ...and i only know this because i study hair as a type of trace evidence...and im a science nerd

cool... sulfer causes carbon to double bond. So when people use curling shampoo they are using sulfer.
