Still on par to have my best month in the store so far. That despite the fact that my best salesman who is my first assistant manager is clueless. He has been a store manager at other companies in the past and I guess he thinks I don't know what I am talking about. Every time I try to tell himi something it turns into a fight. We might as well be married.

He is always trying to come up with an excuse for why he did whatever. That or he is spending his time blaming others. He doesn't get that I don't want excuses and don't care about them. It is not someone elses falt it is yours. You didn't listen and you fucked it up because of that. Then he gets all butt hurt and goes and sulks. It is getting really old, fast.

Oh well at least he can sell.
