I was just thinking about US Foreign Policy earlier today and I think that we should stop sending our money to foreign countries and keep it here. With all the money our govt spends on foreign aid I am sure we could balance our own budget.
This is not a new idea but I am sure it would work. The rest of the world doesn't like us as it is, so apparently trying to buy their friendship isn't working, so why keep trying.

I agree. We do more harm than good, we engender more hatred than warm fuzziness. Perhaps it's time we took care of #1 for a while.
