We have all lost a good friend here on SG. Wallace Suicide is no longer with us. She loved this site and the people on it until some people started to get negative. This was a member that was full of life and energy and some of the best sets I have ever seen. She had imagination and vitality and made it fun to come here. I remember one time she talked about how great the SGSF group was and how active they are and that she wished everyone could have a group as active as them. Well she is gone now and all because of negativity.
I understand we can't all be upbeat all the time but when the level of negativity gets that bad to send away a totally positive force on the site then it has reached a level that is just way to high. Constructive criticism and a good open and honest debate are one thing, but to openly go out and attack someone is something totally different. To attack someone or to be so negative as to push them away is not the reason we are here. Like Howard Stern used to say if you don't like my show and what I say don't listen. Well it is the same here. If there is a girl you don't like or a picture set you don't like or an opinion you don't like stay away from that person. Let them be them they are letting you be you. This is a case of bad triumphing over good.
On a different note, I told one of my supervisors yesterday that I was tired of fixing his screwups and that he needed to slow down. That I didn't like staying an hour after work to fix his mistakes. He told me he wouldn't slow down. I then told him that he needed to become part of the team and stop talking about "you guys" I informed him he needed to start incorporating himself in that with us and we. I also told him if he did not want to become part of the team to get the fuck out and go the hell home. He didn't like that but I told the store manager about it and he thought it was great. He told me not to worry about it. I then hung the supervisor out to dry. I took only a few cars yesterday and sold more than he did. I took those that I had and did good inspections on them and made good sales. While he ran around like one of Twwly's chickens with no head and could not keep up with what was in front of him and missed good opportunities to sell work. I will be rid of him soon enough.
