Depends on how fast your hair grows.
If it grows fast then get it long so you can get it cut again in the summer cause TO will mess your hair up in the summer (so you get it short at that time).
If it grows slowly then get it cut short now so you'll have a nice summer and then it'll have a lot of body in the fall.
How can you not be happy, you're going to your college of choice...cheer up foo.
