Updates: THANK YOU everyone who offered suggestions and mouse identification tips! smile

I called Booth and we drove the mouse first to the SPCA, who identified it and confirmed it was wild and that it was sick, and then to a central vet clinic where he will be picked up by Wild Arc, the local wildlife rehabilitation organization.
