Yay raw! It's my second day of 100%.....feels nice, I won't lie. I don't think I'll feel any major differences until day 4 or past that, since I already eat raw a lot.
Try solar dehydrating, on a day when you have time. I wanted to today, but the sky says "actually I'm gonna rain. good luck dehydrating!" so I'm using the oven at a really low temp, turning it off, then turning it back on once it gets cold. Not ideal, but it'll work....eventually. Oh i'm using it for crackers.....If it works nicely I'll send it your way. The recipe, not the crackers. I'd love to send you crackers, but I'm not sure that would work.
