Damn, honey, you're not having a very good luck streak going, are you? Hope that heals nicely for you, and as far as paying it, I just stretched out mine out for years (yes, years), but when paid like $25 bucks a month or something of that nature, it doesn't go to collections, and it shouldn't reflect negatively on your credit report since you are in fact paying on it regularly.
