Loosing a dog is so sad. Still it sounds like you did the right thing for your dog. I used to run the whippet rescue in my state and we *always* put dogs into the best homes, so I'm sure he is fine

Frankly I am pretty neurtal on Sheehan. And any time Moore and Sharpton show up it kinda hits my "oh shit" reflex. But I do think that she has a right to ask the President what her son died for. Like most political initiatives in this country I think that her efforts got wrapped up with a bunch of other folk's agendas.
Anywho... it was an interesting little spat. I love it when articulate people push the envelope a little.

Had a hairline fracture in my ankle once, took a couple months too heal, sadly enough the ankle is still a little weak til this day. On a side note, i'm a big John Waters fan as well, i got the chance to meet him many years ago, funny man that Mr.Waters, love his books as well.
