You are very beautiful, inside and out.  Takes a lot of guts to be vulnerable like this; so, I'll give you some advice, in case you ever want to try the therapy route again.  Find someone who doesn't struggle with what you struggle with.  If someone has the same issues as you, they won't be able to help you.  If you want to try to help yourself, I highly recommend you check out Igor Ledochowski's stuff.

@tdh hm, I guess in my case it’s most like abuse trauma from a therapist and having therapists in the past that violated my trust. Which has made it even harder for me to trust people.
