I have no doubt that I've been lying to myself for a very long time. I've been telling myself that I can't draw, and that I'll never feel the same about it again. This is no masterpiece, it's a 20 minute sketch of Louis Icart's "Smoke". However, I haven't felt this calm and connected to my happy place in a long time. And I'm proud...

I couldn't draw that well if you gave me 20 DAYS or 20 WEEKS!! You are correct about practice though. Passion and hard work are the keys to most everything in life that you want.

I think it's a really kewl drawing. That's one of the few skills (ok many skills lol) I wish I had. I love artwork but whatever I envision in my head appears to get hit by a bus, then run over by a semi by the time it hits paper.

At least your voice isn't gone and you still have your taste buds, thats' absolutely the worst kind of sick, sucks donkey's ass......

To answer your question dear, I am self taught. Started experimenting with eye shadow in the 9th grade, eventually fooled around with primer's and bases and loud vibrant colors. I'm still mastering the smokey eye look but i've definitely hit close to perfection with applying lashes, a fierce cat eye with eye liner and foundation. Practice and consistency certainly can help put the icing on the cake. Everything I know now, I had no fucking clue what I was doing when first starting but after observing, practicing, and failing, I slowly I started to see progress and become better. Learning the features of my face also helped me to preform better. Teaching yourself takes patience unless you're a fast learner and have a natural eye for art, cosmetology school would be your best bet. Do your homework. check around for some good schools in your area.

Today my lover turns 20. So weird that he isn't a teen anymore. I still am one at heart.
We will be eating good, smoking good, and drinking lots. The weather today is gorgeous compared to what it has been. As bizarre as it may seem to some of you, I am happy that it's 45 degrees Fahrenheit out side. The sun is shinning and...

I really love the blonde and black hair better

and I have not had a special someone in about 9 or 10 years now, not really sure of why that is, I guess I have been hiding myself, I want a special someone, trust me when I say that, but there is so many superficial, gold diggers, materialistic women out there, not even sure if a woman theses days knows what true love is really about, sorry, didn't mean to vent, I do hope your day was a beautiful one, peace, love, blessed be, always!!
