Most days a protein bar for me but sometimes, on weekends or while traveling,  I’ll take a walk to a local diner for breakfast. Coffee though, must have a couple of cups of strong coffee before doing anything! Love the pour over. Morning coffee on a balcony with a warm breeze & beautiful woman, that’s heaven.
