There is this guy from the PDX Saturday market named ben who makes wrist cuffs out of recycled belts and jewelry out of bike patrs and stuff. I love his stuff. Other than that, i never find much at the Porltand Saturday market, but still love wandering around sometimes, if i'm in the mood to be around hordes of people....

I always used to like salamanders. I grew up in the NC hills and they could be found hiding under rocks in tiny streams - along with small crayfish.
