i don't know how many people know about this, but missy and sean are coming out with an s.g. book, and all the girls are invited to submit personal portraits, including 3 journal entries they feel represent them the best. so here are the 3 i was thinking about...

1. the dream about my grandfather
2. the one about s....

Nope, sorry out of wet vacs, BUT!!!!! I do happen to have a role of Bounty, the quicker picker upper, and I can sop you up like Milk gravy and squeeze you into a cup, pop a lid on it (so it will make it through airport security....shhhhh) then take you back to Georgia and have fun fun fun till daddy takes Tigerlili awaaaaaaaaay.

I'm sorry, just been keeping away from myself, alot shit going on, mostly negative. I hope to dig myself up soon, cant wait till it rains. My fav are those muggy days you find in late summer or spring where the clouds are all puffy and ready to burst, but only for a few minutes at a time, and the sun is shining the whole tim. Blue skies can be seen still through the downpour, but its warm and you can really enjoy the rain.

so does anyone remember a somewhat
alternative/punk/goth music magazine from the 80's called...what was it...."smash hits"? well, there was this little section in the back called "r.s.v.p" where you could put a post for pen-pals of the punk persuasion (oooo, lots of p's). if the editors liked your little blurb, that is.

well, one rainy sunday in 10th grade, on a whim, i wrote up...

This is a great story. Penpals are sooo fucking sexy (to me) because there is so much mystery tied up in our relationships. I know that I will never see them in person, and I'm fine with that. But emotionally some of them feel like some of my best friends ever in the world. There's a couple that I've never met that I've been writing to for nearly a decade now! I was in the same city as one of them for a little less than an hour this past week and thought about looking him up, just so I could see his face in person, but I decided against it...
evildesade:
I STILL feel guilty over the pen-pals I flaked out on over the years. Oh, well.

PS-Daaaaaaamn, you go girl. With your big black lover.

PPS- I have a really loud stereo in my car. You should see the nasty looks I get when I'm bumping Shania Twain through the ghetto. Negros can get nasty.

i had a dream about my papa (grandfather) last night. he died when i was 11....

it's thanksgiving, or some such gathering at my folks house (the house i grew up in). my mom and dad are tooting around, setting the table, fixing food, my dad's stoking the fire...typical things they do on these types of occasions. and my papa is there too...helping with this...

Well I'm glad somebody likes my strange stories. People do I guess, they just don't know what to say, and most people on here don't like long journal entries. Bet If I got naked they listen and I'd be all interesting all the sudden huh?

I've not been around here much lately. I'm going thru a semi non-SG mode right now. My boy just moved out of state to further his career and I don't know where we stand just yet. So I decided to sign up on Friendster and find old friends. So I've been engrossed in that right now. I've got to start socializing again, I've forgotten how to do it in person since it's been nearly 4 years since I've been single. Very strange to me.

The only sea creatures I get to see are dead ones and photos/videos of them. If I go out with the research crew on the river by my house they net sturgeon and I take photos. Have you ever seen a sturgeon? Such an amazing prehistoric fish and huge! I'll post a picture of a Hickory Horned Devil for you and one of some of the sea creatures I get to see.

I can't recall any recent dreams right now. I used to keep a dream journal and write them all down. But I haven't had very many good dreams for yearrs now but they seem to be getting a lot better now. wonder why?

Sorry my journal cut off on you it's been acting up.
take care. * hearts SQP*

oh poor leo.

ok, so i got him neutered ("fixed" is so not appropriate here) last tuesday. at first he was just worn out with recovering. but now i'm beginning to think they neutered his personality along with his nuts! he used to go running up to every dog to say hello...a total ambassador...radiant and peaceful, never showing an inklin of aggression, even if the...

theres probably many ways to do them but this is what i do. take a rubber band or hair scrunchy or elastic. then you need 100% kanekalon. that is synthetic hair. it cant be plastic or nylon. the hair HAS to say 100% kanekelon. the hair usually comes in bags for $2.00. you will probably use 2-3 bags for one ponytail. use 1 1/2 to 2 bags for pig tails(each) do you know how to do latch hook? you can find out realy easy if u dont. loop the hair in half and around the rubberband and through itself. if that makes any sence. then use a rattail come and rat the shit out of it roll it around in your hands rat it some more make a fat dread lock shape. it will look ugly till its all done so ignore it. the size of hair i grab from the pile is usually about an inch thich. you can use more or less. they look best different lengths and thicknesses. repeat repeat repeat. it may seem like there is getting to be too much but just keep overlapping the hair with the latchook meathod. once it is this huge mess of fat dreads you have to boil a large pot of water. while it is boiling turn the temp. down a bit so it wont scortch it. dip one dread at a time and pull it out slowly at the same time take a towel and from the top of the dread wipe down to the bottom of the dread. the dread will become permanantly sealed and skinny. since it is one dread at a time you will need help and several towels. it gets very hot. when im all done, i dip the band/latchoock part and make sure that part is sealed. wipe carefully. and let hang out side to dry. all the little scraggly hairs can be cut later. if the dread fall needs to be thicker you can always add more later. it takes me 4-5 hours to make one long pony. you can make short ones too just cut the hair first before you dread it. i like to make them different lenghts to have a layered effect. if you want to contact me , e-mail me and ill give u my #. or you can find out more on the internet smile

If you're one of us common folk, non pinup types, we cant see your list anymore. Adds a little mystery, sorta like me and my faceless profile. Glad to see you made it back safely, I'm sure you made the best of it, gotta hear more details. Sorta realing from the unreal quality of this reality, riddle me this riddle me that, I hope I wont step on my cat. I feel good that I got to know you a little before I saw you nekkid. It makes you all the more beautifull.

ok, not like you were clamoring for more, but here's more questions from private a.b. skelly's letter....

"do you like vanilla? do you lie awake at night wondering if you like vanilla? do you recognize that scenario? are your parent's right about me? is a perfect sphere as uninteresting as it seems? is it more important to be bright or to have a high gloss?...

awesome kick the bucket stories, everyone!! thanks!

so i'm in the process of MAJOR purging in my house of years of accumulated crap puke , and i came across this letter from 1990, written by my ex-highschool skater punk boyfriend, who was by that time just a friend. for some godforsaken reason, he joined the air-force after graduation, and hated it so bad he purposefully damaged...

so, when you kick the bucket, how do you want to do it?

reason i ask, is this...

couple days ago, rescued an american crow that was lying on the ground, flapping his wings. legs straight out like he was caught in something. 'cept he wasn't. picked him up gently (LOVE holding birds) and took him/her to the wildlife rescue hospital. i though perhaps he'd...

yeah, it's still nasty and hot here, but every now and then i feel fall peakng around the corner. it's still a month or two away, but every now and then there's just something in the wind or in how the sky looks. or in the trees, like they're collecting into themselves already. i can't wait!
