I thought that was the case, but I have this whole lack of memory thing...
Your not breaking anything to me.... From the second I left I knew that he would be a motherfucker when it came to keeping in touch.
The reality though, is that I have made more contacts in the last two months then I did in five years in eugene. I know he thinks he can do it all on his own, but the world doesn't fucking work that way.
Contacting larry is like pulling the teeth of a god. (You know that you wont be able to do it, no matter how hard you try, but that doesn't stop the fact that they have a big fucking cavity).
Basically what I am saying is that he would be a stuipid mother fucker to not stay in contact with me. Period. I already have the names of publishers, printers, and galleries that would like his shit, and i haven't even been here three months. Basically by not contacting me, he's forgoing a possible "in" into the largest art scene in the nation.
But, that's Larry. His ego won't allow him to simply sit his ass down and write an old friend. I don't know why he's like that, but I do know he's like that...
I'm not trying to be an asshole about the whole sittuation. Rather, I'm just seeing it how it is... There are a million and one great fucking artists in this world (Larry is one of them), but 99% of them wont let someone give them a chance (larry is one of them). Basically he would be stupid not to write me...

He's basically passing up a chance by not staying in touch, and in all honesty, that's his choice. But, by doing so, he's making a bad fucking choice. You know, shooting himself in the foot (with a 12 gauge shotgun for that matter).
