Just want to say ditto on the sleep apnea suggestion of Khorsaun. The paralysing effect is a common sympton as the conscienceness is alert because of the shallow sleeping pattern but the part of the brain controlling the muscles has not woken up yet. There was an article on it in the Fin Review or SMH recently.

I agree, yes, mmm-hhm. There are much and many things we shall be doing together - like ridin' an cookin' an nappin' an unpackin' an sortin' an sharin' (belts ) The future holds the wonderfuls, me thinks. Many MORE sentimental memories to create. So that one day I'll be all like '...Oh my, I remember that time when I was living with Tez, and she did my hair, and everyone thought it was awesome. We were so young then, yeah I can't throw this away yet...'

Also: tricks I've learned through these few short years of mine are firstly, sleeping with lavender under your pillow, it'll give you nice dreams and let you sleep all night, and secondly, absolutely no dairy (especially cheese) for at least a few hours before sleep time. Cheese makes your dreams all wigged out, and often can lead to nightmares. Or you know, do a pagan ritual or something
