I totelly know what you mean about the fake meat thing. Not only does it have poisons it is heavely processed food that the body cannot break down properly. I actually have been good on avoiding them but it is hard. Mourning star strangely enough is owend by Keloggs (I hate big corperations) but the kellog was a nut he was a vegitarian actually but only because he thought it helped controle sexual appitite to be less.
I have never even had setian, but I work with mushroom made stuff alot, and I love tofu but only know a few thia recipies, and some baked tafu recipis. I need to learn more still. The fake meats actually do my stomach in sometimes.
