@sofyaem Thank you,  you're an absolute sweetheart but it's an injury I'll have for the rest of life and even having surgery will not correct it 100% because I'll have to get the disk in my back replaced every 8 to 10 years so that the body doesn't start to break down the titanium disk they put in.
