And to relax I usually sit on a couch and make myself feel relaxed. Like sit on the couch in a position that none of my muscles have to strain. For instance I don't lean to one side or another or but my feet up on the couch or anything like that. I sit on the couch with both feet flat on the ground, both arms on the armrests, butt as far back to the back of the see as It'll go, and back straight. Then I just think to myself that I'm relaxing. And for me it works.
