Yep. While I appreciate that there is a need to be ready for such events; the hype does tend to spin toward the Extreme. Wheather immigrants, storms, sensable health policies, etc. One would think Ragnarok was imminent.

We regularly get similar hype in the UK especially with the weather, we are going to have the coldest winter for 100 years!! They said the same last year & it was the mildest winter for a 100 years, do'h!! :D

Far around, almost 'real time' chat. How long is your wrist out of action? One of the downsides of starting work 'round 1am is not being able to catch much in the way of LIVE music. Best I've been able to over the past few months is catch part of a Set, some friends do for a Celtic session; after dropping A. of for her youth symphony rehersal.
