Yay that's cool. Deadlines suck, I start a new project in a couple of weeks that's like a 4 month project. In some ways its really cool because you get a chance to create something really significant but on the other hand why do you neve get that opportunity without knowing you only have X days to deliver. Grumble.

Soooooo yesterday was Valentine's......and its possibly the first one I've ever really enjoyed. It was amazing.....possibly the best day I've ever spent. So I'm guessing my last journal was cryptically obscure. I felt kinda down and I had to vent....the weird thing is the best way for me is through words, but I couldn't explain how I felt so my words became kinda ironically poignant to me I suppose

A verse I came across then (Sappho, not Homer) occurred to me last night.

νύκτες, πάρα δ' ἔρχετ' ὤρα,
ἔγω δὲ μόνα κατεύδω.
It is quite beautiful, but is painfully appropriate these days... (I used the translation as today's journal entry )
