I think the benefits of fly eating have been exaggerated. On the plus side, I don't believe they are addictive although there is a frog of my acquaintance who can't seem to get enough of them. I suppose now you are our resident expert on this matter. By the way, what's the best way to cook a fly? (Not saying I'm going to try it right away but we do want to keep an open mind after all, don't we?)
