So far I have been sticking to the cleanse, thanks to those who were rooting for me. It's hard though- when you have a physically demanding job in a fast paced business, and when your band plays shows. Last night my band played a real fun show with some great bands. Plus I got to run into the lovely Claudia which is always a treat....
