My anxiety has been almost debilitating this week. It's giving me chest pains, I can't sleep, I've been crying a lot. Everything is out of my control right now and I can't stand that feeling. I think I did something stupid last night. I went to visit a friend who needed me. I still don't know if I made the right decision to leave the house. My dude is mad at me about it. I just hope I don't end up getting sick...
