Any thing from nature like eating certain herbs, foods,  etc. help ? Meds don't work well for me.

It's hard. I've dealt with semi-severe depression since I was a kid. The right meds are amazingly helpful. But the wrong ones will totally fuck you up. It may take a few tries below you find the right cocktail for your particular issues, but don't give up. Once you're right, you'll feel so much better.

Its so easy to 'be nice' to others, but soooo many people just cant do it.  People have no idea what others maybe going through, so why add to some ones problems with nastiness or bitchyness.  Its a shame it happened within a group of likeminded individuals.  You just keep been who you are, you are amazing. x

Life throws you lows every chance it gets. Keep your head up because although your in that low the only place you can go is up. Think positive as much as you can as hard as it is sometimes. You're an awesome person and the only reason those women toss you shade is that deep down they wish they were you. I'm a single dad of two and get kicked when I'm down on the norm but I got faith I'll get back on top at some point. Just have to keep pushing on as best as we can. Hold our heads high and show this world it can knock us down all it wants we will get right back up.
