it seems a fucking obvious thing to say but be honest and dont hold back. I have had a few attempts before now at counselling but it was always a sham and a waste of time because I wasnt honest and too embarassed and ashamed to reveal certain things making any chance of being actually being counselled impossible.

tried to go out tonite...BAD IDEA...all it did was just relapse the feelings, i spent half the nite crying, and half the nite arguing with my friend....now drunk and high...*sigh* will i ever get back to normal?
