That's super sick! I think if you want to capture the feeling and emotions surrounding anger it makes sense for the piece itself to end up slightly off-putting - I tend to get waaaaaaaay too into details and clarity when I paint so I guess my only suggestion (which I don't really think needs changing) would be to possibly add a little contrast and clarity to the eyes to make them pop a tiny bit more and give an even more intense focus point to draw the viewer in and really feel the rage and pain even more. - but it's already great as is- and my suggestion might be trash
