well i had a nice fall camping trip. it was pretty relaxing and i was fairly close to the canadian border actually. i learned my brother is pretty snappy and aggressive though, he needs to relax a bit. I studied comp sci for like 2 semesters i guess. it was a bad situation though. basically high school was pretty easy for me, and i was ready to party instead of go to school so i managed to not get kicked out of college my freshman year, but passing comp sci 1 and calc 1 barely and heading on to the next one just wasn't going to happen. somehow i made a drunken stoner decision to pursue a major that wasn't suited for me and my parents were against so i stuck it out to prove them wrong and now i have a job i hate (only for like 2 more months), and yeah perhaps we could email each other....

The tofu-burger recipe sounds like fun! Will it work with cooking spray? And what does it mean if my tofu is turning purple? (I think I kept the opened package in the fridge for too long. Too late now, I just finished a heaping bowl-ful. ) Oh, hey, I have a great recipe for squash and zucchini soup.. If I could only find it.

re: my girlfriend: I think it's just the first week that the weight gain will be so substantial. Most of it seems to be fluid -- cells rehydrating and whatnot. It should be a little smoother from here.

Good luck with the co-op hunting! I once worked in a genetics lab without even taking a course in genetics. I'm sure you'll be fine at network security.

You know, the tomato sauce and hummus kind of turns into a ros sauce, except it's non-dairy and probably a wee bit healthier. Try it and let me know how it comes out!

why not give him the boot. I'm looking for a change come the end of December. You may still get annoying calls looking for Dave, but they will only be sales calls I assure you. and I do try to eat healthy, but frequent fast food places when I am on the run. and I'm not too old or too creepy I don't think. haha

mmm...spicy...course, the more zany things you do while cooking the greater the likelyhood of a disastourous event happenning. One time I managed to get a cucumber to explode and have one end spin across the room and hit my friend in the head...it was really funny ...course, the food didn't work out

What are the faults with Ottawa? I didn't find any when I lived there and I'm trying really hard to move back.

Are most of your friends University friends? I get the same problem around here because I'm usually the only one left. Of course this time around it was different cause my best friend stuck around and we spent two weeks hacking and setting off fireworks...oooooooh...fireworks...can't get enough.
Do you attend Ottawa or Carleton?

Yeah i studied hotel restaurant and tourism management, not quite sure why anymore, I think it was just necessary for me to go to school, and i didn't want to keep switching majors and being in school forever, so i stuck it out.

After almost a year in the real world, I'm ready to go back to school or something. Where abouts in Canada do you live? Im not too far away from Canada, I live in Minnesota, sounds pretty similar. I might apply for a ski bum job out in B.C. too, that sounds like it could be lots of fun.

yeah,I checked out that land called canada seeing as how i had no idea where Ottawa? was. you are far away from B.C. hmmm well i need to find something more fun and exciting to do after I quit my job, i guess that constitutes finding myself, and drinking lots and snowboarding can't be too far off the journey, haha. I'm planning on moving back to my parents, which is like a 16 some hour drive according to the internet to Ottowa?. fun times. maybe i'll plan a roadtrip through Canada before i settle into a routine again.
