All weekend, my computer couldn't seem to find this page. I know it worked for others.. so I tried a bunch of things, deleting tmp files, disabling the firewall, etc etc.... nothin'. Then today, I go buy food, and when I come back - it works.
The secret, is not to try.

The first machine I ever used in a gym was the treadmill. It freakin sucked. I was exhausted and crampy after 15 minutes at 5.2 mph.

I completely agree with everything you say about technology. I love it and hate it at the same time. It totally rules our life, but at the same time makes it easier to live. I think society is just getting lazy as the years go by. I hope I don't fall into that rut... or perhaps I already have.... damn, that's sobering.

Make an extra set, and give them to a trusted nieghbor or friend. I traded keys w/ my nieghbor- it works we save her regularly from her locking herself out of the house.

The truth is this - last year I resolved to learn all the words to "88 Lines about 44 Women." I listened to the song a fair amount, but failed to do so.
I see no reason to move on to a new new year's resolution until I finish this one.
