I use to had some major problems sleeping, then I started listening to music while I fall asleep (stuff like Sigur Ros, Mum, Low) at an almost non existent volume. Wow, did this ever work for me! I haven't fallen asleep with out music for nearly 7 years now. I have a whole collection of night time stuff. It's all fantastic!
