I’ve found that making sure you eat meals at the right time to where you are time wise whether or not you’re hungry helps. So if it’s breakfast where you landed but lunch or dinner time where you came from, eat breakfast and restart the whole day, no naps no snacking.

Everytime I had a big time change I usually stayed up as long as I could to get to the right time day/night time down and just crash. Works for me. I have sleep problems anyways so I'm always off. Sorry.

I want you to look at a spring break party in South Florida that is crazy fun something different and happens every year. And this happens in Okeechobee Florida on pirate property or a ranch friends of mine. I go to Florida every year from Jan15 to Mar 30 I go help them with security for this party they pay me good money to do this security. Something I am really good security. And they need me. Check this out, look at this fucking party on. Just came on today on YouTube spring break 2019 trucks gone wild red neck mud park. And better video is they had a Valentine Day i worked the security some pretty Florida girls and the video spring break pretty Florida girls and 80 % of this girls where born. This is my last time working in Florida after 8yrs of doing this. And I keep a truck in Florida not sure how to get it home. I drove down truck trailer Harleys and back. Truck for sale in Florida. Watch This and all colors of people are welcome not a problem at this party.
