It's nice to hear.  Feels good to start doing something a little more meaningful for yourself (and others).  Will you be taking the leap to leave your job, or not yet?

Not quite yet, but it's something I'm working on, doing a lot of training and those kinds of things at the moment. I'm considering leaving to something that's online / location independent but not sure if I can maintain the same salary or not.
