Like the new hair cut, I wouldn't worry about it being to short, not sure about you but I always like my hair a few days after its grown in a bit. Maybe mess it up a little more, with your strong features, a kind of static look with your hair is a good thing. It will probably take you awhile to find some else you like if you got really used to your old hair dresser.
Congrats on the new move, sounds like your happy. Actually, It sounds like you are very happy. Very full and complete journal, lots of detail, many topics of what is going on, a very good quality journal indeed.
