Not sure where you stand with cannabis, but I'm in a similar position with my hubby. He works nights and will watch tv/game all night when he's off to keep a regular sleep cycle. It used to bother me so much! I now smoke a bit of indica before bed and it knocks me right out. I never wake up groggy and I get a perfect nights rest.
