Yeah, Ichiro is his first name. I was wondering why he can get away with that. I know he did that in Japan before he came over here. That was his schtick, he was such a star that he only needed one name, like Cher or Madonna. It was a bigger deal in Japan given their traditions.
My concern was that nobody else has ever been allowed to put their first name on a uniform. I wondered if MLB knew what he was doing when they OKed it.
By the way, I did major in Japanese. What made you change your mind? The lack of jobs? Too many anime nerds in the department?

yeah ive had the lower arm worked on already but there aren't any good pictures of that yet cos it needs a touch up as it went a bit bad. I'm at 80% complete with my arm, then its onto the chest piece and round and down my back
