Dude! The last time I went and she actually dyed the whole thing (the purple incident that turned out brown), it was over $150. RIDICULOUS, I tell you. But I figured because that was bleaching out strands for highlights and two kinds of color, and she made it sound like it was corrective, even though the other lady who did it made better use of the purples. I just can't afford her services anymore, and I like it better to do it myself. Besides, it is fun to dye your own hair, and fun to trim it in the mirror. It's like a tame adrenaline sport. Will you make the grade, or will you accidentally trim too much because you are looking at yourself in reverse? Ok, well, I find it thrilling at least!
