I believe you have encounters with shadow people. I too believe in the supernatural and extraterrestrial things. I have a few encounters like that as well but unlike most people, instead of black I am able to see shadow people in colours and see their faces but usually they are from the corner of my eye. I think this has something to do with different spiritual dimensions. Also I've experienced sleep paralysis 7 times and the weird part is that I've been visited by the same woman whenever I have a sleep paralysis experience. I have a few others but I don't think they are that significant hahaha
