fevers, sore throat and so on. most unpleasant but i have a new doctor who turned out to be a very nice lady and she has given me good medicine.

Whew, glad I get on here later in the day! 
I have spent a lot of time thinking since my birthday. My mind wont stay quiet, my thoughts rush, narrate, I can't tell if it's trying to find something or come to a conclusion. I do feel it stretching and expanding. But it's also internalising, I haven't been going out. It's been strange. and interesting.
