My sister got a job--so cool. She had been living with me and my Dad forever, but now she has to find a place cheap enough in San Francisco. Not easy. The rents in The City are totally ridiculous. The average cost for a studio or 1 bedroom=1200.00. Too crazy ...

Although I had to work on my birthday, it was a nice, pleasant day. One of my co-workers brought in a cake and another sparkling apple juice with a cranberry flavor. Then I had a fancy dinner with my dad and sis. Today I plan on hiking with a group that goes hiking throughout the Bay Area.

Been on this site for about 3 weeks, and I like much about it. The pics of the girls are great--good quality especially. Reading the jounal entries is fun, too.
