I once told my doctor that when I was not able to sleep all I needed to do was drink a cup of coffee ... not long after I was diagnosed as bi-polar. The meds sure do put me on a level train of thought or as he said will help me to think more clearly. I will add for your health sake that sleeping a lot is a sign of depression, not that it is any of my business your mental health but .....
