Oh The Bikram yoga was actually really rewarding! I think I just have to get used to it and do it a few more times to truly appreciate it! But no it was funny because everybody there was so kind, it was just a differnet friendly from what I'm used to. i was like everybody was so centered and calm its like everybody ther was just so balanced and peaceful. It was just they were all just so intimidatingly fit and beautiful but it is a very rich part of Denver so everybody who basically lives in that area looks like that! I hope you end find a good studio in PA! Do you ever do yoga videos? I know it sounds dorky but have MTV yoga and power yoga and its actually really good, Kristin McGee is actually a really good instructor its just a bit faster than normal yoga.
