Sooo, I am moving in with my friend Monica literally across the highway from me. She lives at 25th and Vermont. My rent drops in half and then I can save, save, save to buy in a while. Of course she has a 3 year old...hmm. But it will help her as she and her husband are splitting up. She had been asking me for a few months. Basically I figure a year is a brief amount of time if I can (finally) come out of it with a downpayment on my very own lil shithole of a home!!!
