*sigh* i'm still sort of recovering from friday. its worth it though... i had such a wicked night!!!

nothing better than staying home and getting fucked up with close friends.

i think the chinese herbs i'm taking are starting to work... my body feels fabulous!
its strange... one of the herbs main functions is to increase the sex drive and i've been having erotic dreams almost every night this week.

so yesterday i went to the chinese medical school and had some cheap acupuncture done on me.

It was interesting... i felt a little giddy, like when i get a tattoo. then when the adrenaline stopped pumpimg, i could feel a slight vibration running through my body.

i'm going back for more in two weeks... i'll let you guys know how it works out for...

i'm heading up the coast today for my aunts birthday.

she's a musician and very cool so it should be a good party. .. lots of old hippies with guitars.

i just cut my own hair.... it came to the point where i couldnt take it anymore.... and since i cant afford to get it cut, i found some sharp sissors and went to town. usually when i do this i curse myself for being so impatient. however, this time i'm pleased with the results.

Old SNL is great, and with Jack Black, how can you go wrong. If you love Jack, you should see if you can find a copy of a pilot TV show he did that was produced by Ben Stiller called Heat Vision and Jack. Absolutely amazing. And wine with the ladies, that is what its all about.

had the worst sleep ever last night. what's wrong with me? i havent had a normal sleep in so long. anyone know any sure fire ways to fall asleep fast? without drugs...

now i have to go to school and work my ass off so i can catch up... without drugs.

it sounds kind of weird but it can work for me...you tense each bit of the body, starting at your toes working to your head, then relax. so you tense up your toes twice, for example, then relax each time and breath out slowly. then you just work you way up your body...toes, feet, ankles, calfs, knees, etc...
i usually never make it past my hips...
o yeah start out breathing deeply (from the belly)..
may not work, but it is drug free..
